The Public Conference will be held at the Villaggio Salinello (Salinello Camping Village) in Tortoreto, Italy. The address is:
The following airports are closest to the area:
Leonardo da Vinci International Airport (Italian: Fiumicino–Aeroporto Internazionale Leonardo da Vinci) (FCO or LIRF) or simply Rome Fiumicino Airport, also known as just Fiumicino Airport, is an international airport in Rome and the major airport in Italy.
Ciampino–G.B. Pastine International Airport (Italian: Ciampino–Aeroporto Internazionale G.B. Pastine) (CIA, or LIRA) or, in short, Rome Ciampino Airport, is the secondary international airport in Rome.
An airport option for Europeans only is Abruzzo Airport (PSR or LIBP), located near Pescara, Italy, about 180 km (112 miles) from Rome.
Travel information for everyone in the family or group will be entered in the online Reservation Form, and choices can be made for ground transportation.
Up-to-date travel documents (passport and insurance covering sickness and accidents) are required for every traveler, so the sooner these are obtained, the better. In addition, you may wish to obtain trip cancellation insurance and theft insurance. Passport numbers will be entered in the online Reservation Form. Find out online if you need to obtain a visa to travel to Italy as a tourist.
If anyone in your group is planning to attend the Youth Conference or Tour, plan your return flight from the Rome Fiumicino Airport. The reason for this is that the Tour will end in Rome.
At the bottom of this page is a PowerPoint Presentation showing various lodging options. Pictures of the available options also appear in the online Reservation Form. Note that fees for accommodations are charged according to the lodging choice (not per person), and there is a limit to how many people may occupy the different accommodations. Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 9:00 am.
Lodging in the Salinello Camping Village is available to the Public Conference attendees beginning on Monday, September 25. Those who travel from other time zones, especially the United States and the Pacific, may want to arrive a day or two before the Conference to give themselves time to get over their jet lag, rest, enjoy the surroundings, and connect with others.
Lodging options are limited and granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
All of the lodging options (except the camping facilities) have full baths and complete kitchen facilities; food can be purchased at the grocery store in the complex or wherever one wishes. A basic list of grocery items with actual prices in Euro can be seen by clicking HERE. Additional questions can be directed to Elisa Gallo; her email address is: firstname.lastname@example.org
One may also choose to eat vegan meals in the Restaurant. Meal choices for each person in a family or group will be selected in the online Reservation Form; the meal packages offered are very reasonably priced, so you are encouraged to take advantage of the convenience of dining in the Restaurant.
The Youth Conference and Tour will begin at 9:00 am on Sunday, October 1, at Salinello Camping Village. Click on Youth Conference-Tour flyer.pdf at the bottom of this page to find some of the details for this event.
UPDATE: All openings for the Youth Conference and Tour have been filled. Reservations may be made to be placed on the waiting list; the deadline for this is August 15, 2017. Reservations with confirmed payment will have priority on the waiting list.

One person nees to complete the Online Reservation Form for the entire family or group that will occupy one chosen lodging option. The Form is quite long, but don't be intimidated by this, because the Form is designed to accommodate groups of all sizes–for just one person or for up to a group of eight people.
Before going to the Online Reservation Form, it is very important to gather the required information for every person in the group. This includes passport information, lodging choice, meal choices, and Youth Conference and Tour choice. To help gather this information, a PDF file of a WORKSHEET is provided in Letter and A4 sizes below. You can print the Worksheet and make your notes on it. This is important to use, because once you start filling out the Online Reservation Form, you need to submit it to keep from losing all your data. Furthermore, if you submit the form and have to make changes later, there are extra charges for this.
After the online Reservation Form has been submitted, an Acknowledgment of receipt of the Form will be emailed to the person who is responsible for the family or group, and payment options will be provided. A final Reservation Confirmation will be emailed after all fees are paid. The Reservation will be automatically cancelled if payment is not made within 10 days after submission of the online Reservation Form.
Note that the Registration Fee will increase and cancellation refunds will be limited after July 31, 2017.
Please take time to understand the instructions in this brief overview as well as those in the online Reservation Form. Questions may be emailed to: email@example.com. Your question may be published here if its answer may benefit others.
While it is true that prayer is indispensable every moment of every day ("Pray without ceasing," 1 Thessalonians 5:17), it is even more important to pray that the Spirit of God may guide every person and every plan before, during, and after the General Conference World Assembly. Dangers and opportunities are multiplying, so let us all be quick to support each other for our Saviour's glory. Please pray for each other and for His coming kingdom!
